We try to keep a very young and international atmosphere in the apartment, thus the people living in the apartment are mainly trainees (stagiaires), and undergraduates, graduate students, and first time jobbers, between 20 and 35 years of age

This is Brussels most trendy street with many concept & flagship stores, bars and restaurants. It specially became known because of it's underground and unique boutiques, which customise their offer to the clients needs. Only 1 block from La Bourse tram station, 2 blocks from Ste. Catherine Metro station, and 3 blocks from De Brouckere Metro station. For groceries it's 1 block from Lidl, 2 blocks from Gb, 3 blocks from Delhaize (open on Sunday's).
