    5. INSPECTION OF ACCOMODATION (ETAT DE LIEU) - [some places require you to pay a fee or an expert, but we don't. We do it the frienly way, taking photos and comparing]
    6. INTERNET** WI-FI & ETHERNET/NETWORK CABLE

    THERE IS ONLY ONE CHARGE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED, BY BELGIAN LAW THE TENANT IS OBLIGED TO PAY A FIRE INSURANCE
    [ This is a one time payment, which is not included. We pay it in advance to make sure there are no interruptions between tenants, and we have a very advantageus rate, since we have many places. ]

    The price you have to pay once varies depending on the address:
    • Rue Antoine Dansaert 15, 1er etage: 32 EUR
    • Rue t'Kint 38: 44 EUR
    • Rue Stevin 84-86: 36 EUR
    • Rue Camusel 35: 72 EUR
